Roofing Front-Line Sales Representative - Metro Atlanta Areas


Roof Depot is currently seeking Roofing Front-line Sales Representatives to join our team immediately! As a crucial member of our sales crew, your primary responsibility will be door-to-door canvassing in designated territories. The objective is to schedule initial appointments and help achieve collective sales goals. There are growth opportunities into a project manager role, with potential earnings of over 100k yearly. We offer training pay, a flexible schedule, and a casual dress code.


  • Highly motivated with persistence

  • Reliable transportation is essential. Must have a valid driver's license.

  • Coachable

  • Physical ability to walk long distances and climb stairs,

  • Excellent communication skills

  • Customer service orientation

  • Team player mindset


  • Canvas (door to door) in assigned neighborhoods.

  • Deliver in-person sales pitch (script provided) in compliance with company procedures

  • Document all activity accurately in the database

  • Attend department meetings and stay current on sales information, products, and industry trends

  • Develop rapport and build relationships with existing and potential customers

  • Meet or exceed weekly sales targets


  • Paid training

Compensation package:

  • Commission pay


  • High school or equivalent (Required)


  • Sales: 2 years (Preferred)

  • Commercial/Residential Roofing: 2 years (Preferred)

Ability to Relocate:

  • Atlanta, GA: Relocate before starting work (Required)
